How to install a replacement cover?
Basically remove an original cover. A new one can be applied with adhesive or contact cement for installation, but many of our customers use 3M Adhesive. We only apply it to the edges of the armrest and new cover. To get perfect fit, proper stretching is required.
REPLACEMENT SKIN – The replacement cover is made of premium vinyl leather which is well crafted and meets OEM standard, resistant to wear and tear, compatible with Acura TL 2009-2014. INTERIOR TRIM CODE: EN – Located on the VIN sticker on driver’s door. (NOT SLIP-ON or PULLOVER, only leather part, need to glue it onto the console, adhesive is not included)
FRENCH DOUBLE SEAMS – Double stitching on leather drive thickness uniformity and tear strength! Those features make the cover good as the original one
SCRATCH & WATER RESISTANT – Full protection for your center console, wrapping the entire compartment to avoid scratches from pet claws or keys. Besides, this arm rest replace covering is waterproof and easy to clean
EASY INSTALLATION – Disassemble armrest lid and remove original worn vinyl, Once removed, a new replacement cover can be installed using adhesive or staples, trim and stretch leather to make it fit snugly. Please check the installation instruction in the product image
